Good lookin stuff all around! Body, chassis, rims. Keep up the innovations.
After testing filament vs resin chassis, filament is hands down better for use as a chassis. In my test filament showed to be stronger more durable and stiffer than the same chassis printed in resin. Bottom line the resin broke every time. So here is the next phase. The chassis has a front pickup shoe bumper for protection. The pickup shoes and springs are like my other chassis. It is the same as the Jag setup. The chassis is a little longer, wider and thicker than the Super III. The chassis uses two types of magnets. The stock poly mags from Auto World will fit. The step up from there are my Neo 42 motor mags and yes the push in. The chassis features adjustable traction magnets. I have designed several different styles of mag rims and they are all double flange. All in all the parts that are 3D printed are as follows: chassis, rims, crown gear, pinion. Here are a few photos of the next phase.
