Well I finialy got some shop time in. Put me down for 2 Top fuels,2 Doorslamers, 1 Modern funny car. BTW the Bronze Willys body has been retired. New muscle in the shadows.

It looks like I might have a door slammer for this race. If eagleracing's Pro Mod 59 Hearse body is good then could i plz have a spot in the door slammer?

You're on the list at #21 & 22 for DS; #10 for MFC; #15 & #16 for TF classes. Welcome to the race! It looks like I might have a door slammer for this race. I would wait for Ninja's 'official' word on the Vega body, but without knowing what the body looks like for sure, I can say this much. It would need at least some type of 'factory' ..meaning as on a full size 1 to 1 car...hood scoop (altho a ProStock scoop or blower is 'encouraged'), and some type of rear spoiler ('factory' type at the vey least, ProStock and ProMod type wings are 'encouraged'). Might be a good body for the N/FC class. But like bondo said would have to wait for word from ninja.

First page of this thread in Door Slammer Rules, under bodies states no funny cars. As tazman says make a great N/FC body.

You have a few options since that body is a funny car and not right for the Doorslammer class. You could get a A/W Pro Stock body, modify a Cuda Or Mustang body made for the 4 gear or get a resin body from somebody like, Hairy Canary, Lonestar Racing,or Eagle Racing. Is the AFX Vega 4gear body legal for doorslammer?  Short answer, no. So close but not quite. This car was produced and sold as a funny car. No funny cars allowed to run in the Doorslammer Class. The body is well suited for N/FC class which will be run at NTRA Finals in November. Ninjatek NTRA Race Coordinator PM coming your way. |

Hey Eagle, caught posting about 7 more entries. And don't want to be a burden with match racing or exhibition runs. Where do we stand with that now, as things get closer and entries are increasing.
