Body any dragster body current or nostalgic I didn't write the rules for this.... but that is what is stated for body type. ECONO Dragster! Noslagic Funny cars are dragsters right?  SKR's Race: Sam what's your answer on this one.. Thanks Doug412 Or are we talking TOP FUEL Dragsters... I'll send the Warpath body on the stock chassis... |

OK just realized last week that I had the race dates wrong. I printed an earlier version of the race schedule when it was set for a week later. Going to be scrambling to get cars done this week. Cordell please put me down for (1) Econo Dragster, (2) MM/PS, and (2) Gasser. Thanks.

Doug, sorry for the confusion. Yes it needs to be a long wheel base rail. Front engine or rear engine, your choice.

ADDITIONAL CLASS ADDED TO ROCKY MOUNTAIN SPRING NATIONAL EVENT.  DRAG CITY USA has picked up DOORSLAMMER class to be featured at ROCKY MOUNTAIN SPRING NATIONALS. Those who were running late to make the 2014 SPRING NATIONAL now have extra time to get it in at ROCKY MOUNTAIN SPRING NATIONAL event. The time is getting short quickly, get signed-up today. |

The intent of the class is to race rail (long wheel base) dragsters. Some use the term dragster to imply rail dragsters and refer to full body dragsters simply as cars. Your interpretation was correct, just the wording of the rules were ambiguous. In its true usage dragster refers to any vehicle or person that drag races. Will try to be more precise in future wording of the rules. |

  So the Vampire crew from Mockingbird Heights is READY and with the clouds of smoke in Colorado we should be just fine for Race DAY! Wish the rest of you luck.. but 2 MM/PS ,Doorslammer,Gasser an Econo Dragster my hauler is full up weighted down and ready to roll west... Hope the weather holds up Bahaha Race On Doug412 |
