Congratulations to ECBill & Hilltop! Very Cool Creations I've enjoyed watching the videos a number of times and this entire International 2018 was "Very Cool" What a Class Act!!! IMHO, everyone was a winner at this Meet, just to be able to participate.
A HUGE Thank You to KiwiDave, Crew and all participants .

A HUGE Thank You to KiwiDave, Crew and all participants . Thanks guys for all of the nice comments on the Cuda. Just curious what kind of chassis you guys are using for the Nostalgic Funny Cars, AFX, MT or AW? Spent a lot of time working on a MT chassis but in the end, could not get any speed out of it. Ended up using a pair of AW chassis.

I don't remember for sure what I used, think the Camaro was an old AFX from the 70s and the Dodge was a newer AW.

Thank you all for the kind words. I will do a race report in the next few days.
Bill, near enough to a 50/50 mix of AW and Aurora chassis in both classes! It's interesting to see the mix of parts that are used. Raised and lowered front ends, different tires! AW pick up shoes are always been a pain for me to get right? Some of the fastest cars had AW shoes! Really interesting seeing the different set ups. Magnatraction chassis won in Street, AW 4 gear won in N/FC.
Rick, that was me. I defected for the afternoon!

Well, we had an Auto World and a Magnatraction face off in the N/FC finals. That is proof that both chassis can be made to run fast.
If I remember correctly we had 2 N/FC cars break the 1 second barrier. 1 in qualifying and 1 during eliminations. That's pretty amazing!

You are correct Bill. Hairy Canary and JJWallace both ran sub 1 second passes which is way quick. Quickest N/FC field ever raced here.
All cars are on there way to Alpinks Summer Swelter 1/8 mile race. Good luck everyone.
NTRA International Tshirts are at the printers and hopefully be with me early next week. They will be posted out to the racers soon as I get them.

What an epic final in 3 gear congrats JJ on your win and what a close race in 4 gear and again congrats to sandfly for his win. It was so much fun and my privilege to be able to race everyone's cars. I would like to thank Dave first for allowing me to help race the best cars in the world and second man I was exhausted watching Dave running up and down the race track turning on the cameras then off ofter every race, always a great day at Daves then put together all the footage together congrats Dave on a great event.
