Al I did put a lot of time into those cars but I was still surprised at how consistent the 57 Chevy was, here it varied quite a bit. I sent instructions to Jeff

as to not warm them up only blip them. This may have helped. Here some times it was better and some times it was worse with no definite proof either

Dave your cars were really fast and consistent. The Tjet red Camaro chose to turn into a .18  .19 car in second Semi Final race.I made two more passes with it after that just to see if it was a fluke and it ran a .18 and a .19?? FYI......I didn't do anything but clean the tires and a short blip before staging as directed on any of them and it seemed to work perfectly. You said no warm up on any of them. I am treating the List cars the same way......is that correct?

Yes just a short blip worked some times, some times it did not but that is what I thought might work best. Hard to figure these pancakes. That kind of stuff is what they would do here also, run great and then fall on their face, who knows. Don't worry about it when it gets back I will put Christine  behind it and it will run like crazy!!!

Four Gear Outlaw Round 2 is complete. More good racing to wrap things up. The best race of the weekend happened this round. Check it out........

Gibbo61 broke in Round 1 and could not make a Call Out in Round 2.


CO 1 for #8 spot. Sjracer vs GTS. The Corvette blows the gear and slows through the traps. GTS wins and stays at #8 to Call Out #6. .8783et to .9822et.


CO 2 for #6 spot. GTS vs Ecbill. Both cars make smooth runs but it's the Carolina Crusher that keeps the spot and will Call Out Gnome. GTS will remain at #8 till next time. .7836et to .8639et.


CO 3 for #5. Ecbill vs Gnome. The Monza is getting faster with every pass and easily keeps his position. Ecbill improves his ET but stays at #6. .6988et to .7828et. Gnome will Call Out Mazda.


CO 4 for #4 spot. Gnome vs Mazda. The Nova's rear gear is definitely blown as it screeches to a slowing loss. Mazda will drop to #5 while Gnome goes up to #4. .7149et vs 9413et.


CO 5 for #2 spot. JJWallace vs Nosubfor3. OH WOW!! Best race of the weekend. Purple Haze wanted this one bad...but so did the Bounty Hunter! Nosub is going to walk away with the win and has a chance at the crown. Both cars made sub .7 passes and the Chevy drove around the Ford with big mph. JJ stays at #3. .6847et to .6927et. WM .0051


CO 6 for #1. Nosubfor3 vs Dave632. These two cars have looked at each over at each other in the past. Dave is looking for a little redemption from the loss in PSO. Lights drop and they're gone. Jungle Jim is out like a rocket with a blazing 60' and carries that all the way to turn on the win light! We all know that '57 likes to eat on the big end and he was coming......22.96mph to Dave's 20.91mph. Dave 632 runs the lowest ET of both rounds to keep the #1 spot! .6668et to .6812et.

Great race Vince, I was looking forward to it as your times were good and I knew my car was running similar times here so  I thought it would be close which it was. Super race against Jeff in the previous round, .6847et to .6927et. with a WM of .0051 was a great win, wish I could have seen it. Good show by all the cars in the Outlaw series.
I think the .666 time shows that Jungle Jim has been hanging out with Christine to much.
