The victorious (and not so victorious) US cars will be returned this week - just waiting to tie-up a few details. It has been brilliant to have you guys involved in our UK racing.
The next action is on 18-19 May. The new series has six events from May through to March 2022, including weekend 'Nationals' meets in September and March. The classes remain the same, although the AW Top Fuelers will step up from match racing to a full qualifying & elimination format. The information thread is here: slotracer.online/community/showthread.php?tid=1976 - I shall be adding details to it over the next week or so.
If you'd like to join the fun, do let me know via private message here at Nitroslots or at SlotRacer Online.
The best way is to ship across the Atlantic via one Nitroslots member or via Clive after an NTRA event. Al kindly did this last time and may be persuaded to do so again! That keeps shipping costs down - it also avoids unfortunate custom form errors... The CN22 customs form must be marked 'returned goods' with a nominal value of $10, otherwise the recipient (me) will be charged 20% of value +$12 handling fee. Ouch!

I received my car back last week from Alpink along with some cool decals and stickers (I'm a bit of a sticker freak ). I will find some space on my pit box for the Series stickers for sure. I am pretty proud of the Audi and how it performed especially with it being my first Hornby car. Mazda sent me 3 cars to work with. I did some work on the electrical and tested with different tires. Thanks to Woodcote / Andy for an outstanding race series and program!
