There you go John your picking on me that green gasser at the top of the page "SHORTY WHEELIE BAR'S" You know I'am only 5 foot 4 but I do have a 70 inch long wheelie bar If I ever learn to post photo's I'll show it to all of you. ;D
Hey Racer's the NTRA still want's to know what you think about wheelie bar's and anything else so post something.

OK OK OK.. VOLVO... but no NISSAN? ? You have got to be Kidding me... BTW... would anyone be interested in "Ripplewall" slicks for HO Scale... I might have a way to make them....more like just an idea... and they might not take the power too well but they would look very cool...

I am old enough to have raced in the day of the gassers. A 55 Chevy was my first Gasser, ran C Gas. 327 SB, roller cam, 2x4s, shifting a 4 speed thru 5.57 gears. Unfortunately I do not have a picture of it.

One of the craziest gassers I ever saw was a Corvair with a SB chevy in the BACK. The fan pulley was right next to the rear body panel. It had bald tires on the back, not slicks, but it pulled a car length right off the line on a Vette.
