Two race teams made it into the pits today from opposite sides of the country. Hairy Canary brings 2 Bracket cars and 2 List cars to this event. The Aces Wild Willys is the current #6 car on the 4GO list and the Corvette will be making a run at PSO via the Shark Pool. Welcome back to Bear Creek Rick! The biggest team of the event and to ever show for a race at Bear Creek is Ecbill and his 8 cars. He is currently #4 on 4GO and #7 on PSO lists. Bill has loaded up on the Match racing for this event, but looks to have some consistent cars for the Bracket. Bill welcome back to Bear Creek!

ATTENTION RACERS!!!We are now a little over 48hrs till the start of the Winter Nationals. I will repost the guidelines for the running of the Bracket race Thursday morning so everyone can get an idea of what they might want to do. I have not decided on the race format yet, but due to the size of the Bracket race, it will probably have to be run all by itself. I will post race schedule either Thursday evening or first thing Friday morning. I will be making slow motion videos of the Finals of the Bracket race, top list races, and select Match races........but I am not near good enough at editing and posting videos to be able to do it during the race. I will post those later. Race coverage will be pictures during the event. We are excited here at the track. This is a Class field of cars and that is an awesome thing! It looks like every car that signed up will be here. Very nice! Are you excited.....I know I am...and a little nervous too. Lots of stuff to do and keep track of this weekend. It's all good and it's going to be a blast! Good luck to everybody!

Wow Bill you out did me in sending a bigger group of cars, nice going. I remember the blue 57 surprising me at my last race. Thought those little rear tires would not work, I was wrong.
Looking forward to the first race of the year, good luck to all and thanks to Jeff for running it, I know how much work it is.

Jeff looks like I may be the last one to arrive? Good news is that I (the team) is in Hutchins TX and still in route. Guess it's true to what they say "Better late then never" This doesn't hold true however to Reaction Times.....

No not yet.....still a few out there. Darius will be picked up tomorrow, ncdragracer is due to be here via Fed Ex, nosubfor3 will be delivered, and Eagle will be bringing his cars Friday since he is part of the race crew. Still one more day so all is good. Tomorrow is set up day at the track. I will be setting up extra tables, computer, cleaning the track and checking everything again, cars will be moved out to the track, and anything else I can think of that needs to be done. I can hardly wait! The weather here is nasty and all of this stuff is moving northeast. I hope everybody out that way is fairing ok. We are getting dumped on. But track temps will be in the mid 70's for the race .

Glad to be back racing at Bear Creek. Watching the news, hoping the creek isn't rising. Preping the cars for the race was a lot of fun. The racing action promises to be even more fun.

It's getting down to the nitty gritty now. Two race teams have shown up today so far........
Darius's cars were the first to arrive this morning. They were looking a little stressed trying to meet the deadline, but can relax now........a little. Welcome back to Bear Creek Don!
Next was ncdragracer right after lunch. This team planned on arriving today all along with two clean Willys cars. Welcome to Bear Creek Robert! One racer left..........but the mail has already run today to the neighborhood mail box . All I can hope for is that they will be delivered to the front porch sometime this afternoon.
