I worked this up and thought I'd share. I took screen shots of the rules and then pieced them together on four separate sheets and turned them into *.pdf's. The only changes are that they are b&w with no red highlights and I titled each sheet where necessary. Works for me, hope it works for you  .

Very nice Gale! I printed my copy and Bookmarked this thread/post. I have seen a couple of things that need to be updated on the rules, but they are minor.
