Fall Nationals to include
.90 Index class, any chassis.

Inline 6 ohm Super Stock,
Inline Unlimited

all to run at 20 volts.

Here are the race rules and classes:

.90 Index

Any chassis type including pancake and inline.

Any body allowed but drag/muscle preferred.

Any car running under .90 in eliminations will lose the

race unless the opponent runs farther under .90.

Car closest to .9000 will be TQ and so on down the line.

 Inline Super Stock,

Any stock 6 ohm inline, 5.7 minimum ohms, ceramic magnet, chassis.
Slip on tires max diameter Super Stock .500, wheelie bars allowed
in all classes.
Lowered or different traction magnets with changed location can run in Super Stock.
Stock type motor magnets in Super Stock, gauss cannot be over 1000, (most ceramics will read in the 500-900 range.
and any traction magnet can be added/used.

 BSRT, Viper, Wizzard, Jag or any other limited production chassis allowed in Super Stock, advanced timing allowed if the chassis has adjustment.

No silifoam tires allowed in the pure stock or super stock.
 Super stock can use any rim/tire witha max of .500 tire diameter.

Inline  Unlimited:

 Inline unlimited will be run at 20v.
Anything goes just as long as it is close to HO scale.
Some type of body required, Lexan bodies are OK for unlimited.
Silifoam tires HIGHLY recommended as regular glue does not seem to hold
these tires on when speeds start to hit over 35 MPH.

Track is 15.5' with 6' shutdown including dynamic braking, stop strips and catch box.

Rails are .0013-.0014 high which is slightly higher than stock AFX track. All classes will run at 20 volts.
Bodies suggested: Hard plastic or resin, Drag or muscle car type.

If all you have is a roundy round body send it in you will still be allowed to race.

2 entries per class.

PSO and 4GO list races will be held right after this event,

Newbie question please. To get started with inline super stock for this race. Just go out and buy a Jag DR1 inline 6-Ohm chassis for $22?

That's what I plan to do. I am also considering the Jag TR3, since it is made for tjet bodies. There are a number of tjets that resemble full scale super stockers.

Jag chassis are fine for Inline SS and a great starter chassis, TR3 and DR are OK.
Bill we did run it at 1.0 last time and I think you won that class with
a consistent Mustang.
They will be a little quicker this time, add some N2O to the Mustang .

Ken,
You have lots of choices and DR1 isn’t a bad one. The new Bulldog based on the Tomy Turbo/SRT, might be an interesting choice. The class is pretty much dominated by BSRT and Viper versions of the Super G+. I may try a Tyco 440X2 again.

The DR1 fits most 4 gear bodies. Jag NC2 is similar to the Mega G 1.5 and the soon to be released PR5 will be similar to the Mega G 1.7.

It’s always good to see different manufacturers represented.

Thank you for the info.

Everything is so new to me. I look for key words like "Tomy Turbo". I just bought several Tomy Turbo 6-Ohm motors for the UK classes. A 6-Ohm Micro Scalex chassis, or Tyco 440X2 can be used here?

The hardest choice is always the first one. It usually gets easier after that.
