Here are the great trophies that will be given out at this race.
They were originally designed by Rick Williamson, (Hairy Canary), and were
completed by Mike Spagnuolo, (Finistauri). A lot of effort went into these:

Here are the classes for the upcoming race:

1.0 Index. any car, (preferably drag/muscle body), or chassis. Cannot run under 1.0.

Inline super stock, any chassis 6-ohm arm or higher.

Inline Unlimited, anything goes but this time no Lexan bodies.

 all at 20 volts.

Here are the race rules and classes:

Index 1.0, any car/chassis must run 1.0 or higher, muscle/drag body preferred.

 Inline Super Stock:

Any stock 6 ohm inline, 5.5 minimum ohms, 1200 gauss magnet max, chassis.

Most ceramics will be well under 1200. 

Any tires max diameter Super Stock .550

 wheelie bars allowed in all classes. No Lexan bodies. Braids, shunts and
balanced armatures are OK in Super Stock.

Different/lowered/stacked/relocated, traction magnets with changed location
allowed in Super Stock, 2 per car.
You can stack more than one traction magnet or lower the magnets as long as they are both in the one location,
one on each side.In other words you cannot put a bunch of magnets all along the chassis. 2 or 3 magnets stacked
in one spot on both sides is okay at MY race. Remember different race masters might have different rules.

This will give a little more tuning on the Super Stocks to separate them more from the Stockers.

Stock type motor magnets in Super Stock, gauss cannot be over 1200,

and any traction magnet can be added/used.

 Super stock can run advanced timing if the chassis has adjustment.

 SS Weight min. 20 grams

I will NOT remove a car for weight, I have poster putty if needed.

Inline Unlimited:

 Inline unlimited will also be run at 20v.

Anything goes just as long as it is close to HO scale.

Some type of body required, NO Lexan for this race.

Silifoam tires highly recommended as regular glue does not seem to hold

these tires on when speeds start to hit over 35 MPH.

Track is 15.5' with 6' shutdown including dynamic braking, stop strips and catch box. Rails are .0013-.0014 high which is slightly higher than stock AFX track. All classes will run at 20 volts.

Bodies suggested: Hard plastic or resin, Drag or muscle car type. If all you have is a roundy round body send it in you will still be allowed to race.

2 entries per class.

PSO and 4GO list races will be held right after this event,

$8 return shipping. Add extra $ if more than 50.00 shipping insurance is wanted.
Please use masking tape to close your individual interior car packages if you have it,
scotch tape is very difficult to remove and is not reusable like masking tape.

Please put your car class information or any special instructions including extra insurance

on a note included with the cars. Please include your site name with the package.

 Preferably stock, drag or muscle but no type of body will stop you from racing.

Lots of great, quick cars. Only thing I did not like was they gave no times which really took the appeal away from the 
event as far as I was concerned.

Those gassers are going to be I my area Apr. 9.  Planning to go!  It would be nice if they posted times but everything else is there:  fast, loud, wheel standing, gear banging, classic cars, heads up racing.

In May there will be an event that will have nostalgic funny cars, gassers, car show, plus vintage campers, bikes and period music. Going to that is all I want for my birthday.  It’s called Steel in Motion.  Missed it last year, was enjoying covid for my birthday.

Hello everyone,

Fin has prompted me to take a leap of faith even though I'm scheduled for surgery this Thursday. I've always wanted to walk on water. Not much of a miracle if it's ice. That's life in Canada eh.
