Sam, Thanks a million for hosting! The field looks very impressive. I'm glad I picked the same wrapping paper for the Christmas exchange as everyone else. Neatness counts.

Looks great Sam! A lot of nice looking cars. I am anxious to see the Give away cars. I love Christmas and the Holidays so it is nice to see all of the decorations! Merry Christmas to you and everybody! Thank's Sam for running the race.

That just cracked me up Ken.
We had a member hoping for a Christmas miracle and a miracle he received. 68olds442 has an exchange car in hand. We're going to buy him a little more time, what do you guys think? will give him until morning tomorrow to get that car decorated and here.
Today will run the ss tjets, they are all here. I'll start qualifying in about 30 minutes. Possibly get in a couple grudge matches in depending on how everything goes.

Sorry for going off topic for a moment. Sam. What is that candy lime green car closest to the starting line and figurines please?

It's a Christmas party Ken. We can do anything we want as long as it's fun. Mine is a tyco 440x2, sporting a blue chassis. It appears it needs a serious shoe adjustment lol.

As usual I will be using a ladder from printyourbracket.com. it comes pre numbered for racer placement and races are numbered. I darkened the numbers some hopefully you all can see it. Here's our sstjet bracket incase someone wants to copy it and follow along

Sam,
Your chassis looks almost new. Nice big sparkle in the paint. Very hot rod-ish.
Thanks for the list. It's clear as crystal.
My green Vette has the original AFX Tomy Turbo chassis. It used to be a black Ghost Racer body with a big ugly spider on the hood.
Looking forward to the event. Merry Christmas to everyone!

I take really good care of tyco's around here :-) ... never would have guessed yours started as the ghost racer body.

If you look down at the cards the cars are on... and the dot sticker on the car, they are numbered. Card number matches dot sticker number. Numbers are the number the racer has from the sign up sheet. This is an easy way to not mix up anyone's cars. That will be their Id number until they get wrapped up to head back home.

Sometimes you might find yourself not knowing where to put that dot sticker... Handling others stuff is scary...terrifying sometimes. Just get creative. You could always look for a place under the car on the chassis or something. If not keep extra care to that car every time it comes off that card...

Jungle Pam seems to be having a chat with Bill at the starting line... BILL this car takes off nice looks good then at the 660 goes into a bind. Where I don't know... you want me to run it or pull it out. I'm still qualifying now.
